1.1 Device & Analytics Information
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, including device model, operating system version, app version, and in-app events (such as photo capture and feature usage). This data is aggregated and de-identified; it cannot be used to identify you personally. Firebase Analytics data is processed on Google servers located in the United States.
1.2 Camera & Photo Library
TOK CAM requires access to your camera and photo library to provide its core photography features. We do not upload your photos to any server. All photo processing occurs entirely on your device.
1.3 Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications about app updates and new features. You can disable this at any time in the app Settings or your device notification settings.

Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase was completed; we do not have access to your payment details.
Firebase Analytics processes data on Google servers in the United States. By using TOK CAM, you acknowledge that your anonymized analytics data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
Your photos and personal preferences are stored locally on your device only. Anonymized analytics data is retained by Google Firebase in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We do not maintain any server-side database of personally identifiable user information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share anonymized, aggregated analytics data with Google Firebase solely to operate the analytics service. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the safety of users.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device software up to date and use a screen lock.

TOK CAM is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of TOK CAM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
